What we collect

We collect your name, work email, company name, business state, and any training activity you generate while using the product (course progress, quiz attempts, certificates earned). We use your authentication provider's account identifier to keep you signed in.

How we use it

• To operate your workspace, deliver training, and issue certificates.
• To show company admins and managers progress for users in their workspace.
• To send essential service notifications (account, billing, security).
• To improve the product. We never sell personal data.

AI Coach data

AI Coach questions are sent to a language-model provider for the sole purpose of generating an answer for you. We do not use AI Coach transcripts to train third-party models.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time by contacting support. Workspace admins control company-level data.
